HDMF Self-Qualification

Whether you are purchasing a home on your own or with a co-borrower, you may qualify for a PAG-IBIG Housing Loan if you belong to any of the following categories:

  • Single Applicants - Individuals with sufficient income and active PAG-IBIG membership who meet the loan requirements.
  • Married Couples - Spouses may apply jointly, allowing their combined income to be considered during loan evaluation.
  • Joint Borrowers / Partnerships - Qualified family members within the degree of consanguinity allowed by PAG-IBIG may combine their income to increase their loan eligibility, subject to PAG-IBIG Fund guidelines.
  • Locally Employed Individuals - Employees working in private companies or government agencies with regular income and active PAG-IBIG contributions.
  • OFWs and Seafarers - Filipinos working abroad with proof of employment and a stable source of income.
  • Self-Employed Individuals and Freelancers - Business owners, virtual assistants, online sellers, freelancers, and licensed professionals with verifiable income documents.

STEP 4: SELECT YOUR HOUSE AND MAKE THE RESERVATION


Pag-IBIG House Reservation

Select a property and location that matches your budget, lifestyle, and long-term goal to secure your preferred home by completing the reservation process.

To reserve your chosen property, simply prepare and submit the following documents:

  • One (1) valid government-issued ID.
  • Copy of your Certificate of Employment (COE) (if applicable).
  • Copy of your latest Payslip.

For your reservation payment, you can pay over the counter, through online banking, or via GCash. Once your payment has been received and verified, we will issue an official receipt as proof of your transaction, providing added security and transparency.

STEP 5: SUBMIT HDMF REQUIREMENTS DURING HOUSE CONSTRUCTION

After reserving your home, you can closely monitor its construction progress as it takes shape. One of the benefits of purchasing a pre-selling property is having the opportunity to visit the site, inspect the workmanship, and check for any concerns that may need to be addressed during construction. While you're completing your down payment through flexible payment terms, the construction of your home continues to move forward, bringing you one step closer to moving in. For your convenience, down payment transactions can be made over the counter, through online payment channels, or via post-dated checks. Our team will guide and assist you every step of the way to ensure a smooth, convenient, and worry-free homebuying experience.
